As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.
About Goodstart Deer Park
Goodstart Early Learning Deer Park, located at 799 Ballarat Road, has been a cornerstone of the local community since 1999. Our centre offers a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for children aged six weeks to five years, with a strong emphasis on multiculturalism and community engagement. Our dedicated team of educators, many of whom have been with us for over a decade, are committed to fostering a lifelong love of learning in every child.

You’ll Need
* Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
