An exciting opportunity awaits to join a rapidly growing and market-leading specialist retail property service provider. Working at one of their premium assets in the Gold Coast, you will head up the Administrative duties at this diverse and exciting Shopping Centre.
**The Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will be the Administration Manager at this Shopping Centre. You will be responsible for ensuring that the operations of the centre office runs smoothly and some of your duties in this role include:
- Income and expenditure administration
- Sales figures reporting
- Database / systems management
- Financial recording and reporting
- Lease administration
- Debtors management
- Workplace health and safety
- Management of fit-out payments
- Management of capped occupancy deals and turnover rent
