About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager to own and drive the restaurant experience on EatClub – the supply side of our marketplace. This is a strategic, high‑impact role at the intersection of user experience, operational efficiency and revenue growth.
You’ll be responsible for
- Owning the end‑to‑end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our restaurant partner experience.
- Deeply understanding the needs of our restaurant partners, from enterprise groups to small independents.
- Working closely with engineering, design, account management, sales, operations and data to ship improvements that make it easier and more valuable for restaurants to use EatClub.
- Balancing short‑term impact with long‑term investment in foundational capabilities.
- Being measured by the impact your work has on restaurant partner engagement, satisfaction, retention and revenue.
About you
- You have 5+ years of product management experience in an agile environment.
- You’ve owned and scaled B2B or marketplace products.
- You’re deeply curious about users and thrive on solving complex, ambiguous problems.
- You’re comfortable working with data to form hypotheses, make decisions and measure outcomes.
- You’re a solid communicator, collaborator and can influence across levels and functions.
Bonus
- Have experience in hospitality tech or two‑sided marketplaces.
- Have worked in a fast‑paced startup or scale‑up environment.
- Have led 0‑to‑1 initiatives or owned full‑stack product surfaces.
