About the Role
We are seeking experienced Hospitality Managers to showcase their skills at our beachfront venue and join a professional, high-performing management team.
* Minimum 2 years experience in any managerial role, preferably a high-volume club or pub.
* Exceptional cash handling and proficiency in back-of-house procedures such as completing DTS, banking, reconciling tills/floats and roster costing.
* High-level knowledge of compliance and the Liquor Act.
* Previous experience with POS systems, Deputy, CRT and Maxgaming preferred.
Requirements
To be successful, you will possess:
* The ability to think outside the square and back yourself to make the right decision.
* A hands-on approach and readiness to lead from the front.
* Gaming, TAB and Keno experience.
* Current qualifications – RSG, Approved Managers Licence and RMLV.
