Key Responsibilities
* Technology implementations, service and project requests, incident response and rectification
* Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Experience designing, implementing and / or administering infrastructure platform solutions using VMware vSphere
* Designing, implementing and / or administering storage solutions using SAN technologies
* Understanding IT Service Management concepts
* Working with challenging networking solutions on physical and / or virtualised platforms
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Relevant domain system engineering experience
* High levels of communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive approach
* Ability to work after hours and participate in an on-call roster
