Our client has a a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced
SAP BTP CPI Integration Developer
to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of the
Cloud Integration Suite architecture
, working across SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform, and a variety of SAP and non-SAP systems.
You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business, combining strong technical capability with light analytical skills to ensure high-quality, scalable integration outcomes.
The Opportunity
In this role, you will:
* Define and deliver integration architecture, including design and technical documentation.
* Drive continuous improvement across the integration landscape to support evolving business needs.
* Design and develop inbound and outbound
iFlows
for S/4HANA Cloud and other SAP cloud solutions.
* Build and enhance integrations using standard APIs and custom solutions via
SAP Integration Suite
.
* Monitor SAP BTP / CPI environments to ensure message reliability and data integrity.
* Onboard and support SAP BTP services (e.g.
Event Mesh
, Mobile Services).
* Manage BTP sub-accounts, including instances, OAuth authentication, service keys, and role assignments.
* Resolve incidents and work with external vendors where required.
* Maintain test and production environments, including certificates and SAP biannual updates.
* Collaborate with external vendors and functional teams on project delivery.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Essential Experience
* Software development experience a MUST
* SAP ABAP 3 years experience will be considered if no CPI & BTP experience
* Hands-on
SAP CPI experience
, including:
* Custom iFlows and extensions
* Mapping (Graphical, Java, XSLT)
* Adapters: HTTP, SOAP, ODATA, AS2, AMQP, JMS, IDOC
* Groovy & JavaScript development
* SAP Business Technology Platform
, including admin and role collection management.
* Experience delivering complex integrations across
SAP Non-SAP
hybrid environments.
* BONUS: S/4HANA Cloud experience (communication arrangements, systems, users, certificate updates).
