This role plays a pivotal part in supporting families during emotionally sensitive times, ensuring every interaction is handled with empathy, professionalism, and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for families, listening carefully to their needs and responding with warmth, patience and professionalism.
Accurately record and manage information to ensure all requests and arrangements are handled smoothly and efficiently.
Handle sensitive and sometimes complex situations with discretion, empathy and sound judgment.
Work closely with Directors, Regional Managers, and other internal teams to coordinate services and provide a seamless experience for families.
Maintain strong organisational practices, balancing multiple enquiries and tasks while meeting service standards and deadlines.
Skills & Experience Required
Genuine compassion and empathy for families in need.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Resilience and maturity to manage sensitive and emotional situations.
Organised, detail-oriented, and confident using technology.
Ability to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
Previous experience in customer service or contact centres, ideally in sensitive environments.
