Role commencing 5th January ****
Newcastle office location
Base Salary = $77,400 (pro rata) + Superannuation with Salary Packaging up to $15.9k

About the Opportunity
As a Vision Store Support Officer, you will provide exceptional face-to-face customer service, conduct product demonstrations, and manage online inquiries to enhance the customer experience. In this role you will also:
Support general customer inquiries in multiple channels including face to face, phone, and email;
Process equipment claims for MAC, DVA, NDIS and other funded sales;
Administration of online communication platforms for the Vision Store team.
As part of the Vision Store team, you should have experience in high level retail sales and customer service. In addition, optical dispensing/assistant or other medical equipment or technology sales experience is desirable. You will also have:
High proficiency in online customer support platforms;
Proficiency in all Microsoft applications;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
