Short Summary Join a leading premium automotive brand and drive customer retention, loyalty and Aftersales performance across a national dealer network. The Role This is a high-impact role responsible for developing and executing retention strategies to maximise customer lifetime value and Genuine Parts sales. You’ll analyse dealer performance, identify opportunities, and implement programmes that improve retention, workshop conversion and overall Aftersales growth. This role forms a key part in driving customer loyalty, sales and business growth. Key Responsibilities Drive customer retention and support budget outcomes Implement loyalty and retention programmes Re-engage lapsed customers through targeted service offers Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs that will result in retention efficiency Review, implement and refine processes and procedures and be accountable for their implementation Manage retention reporting, insights and performance tracking Improve workshop conversion through lead management strategies Collaborate across Aftersales, Marketing, Corporate and Used Cars About You Experience in automotive Aftersales, retention or lead management (premium brand experience highly regarded) Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing or related field Previous experience in sales, marketing or related field highly desirable Ability to cultivate strategic relationships with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Effective presentation skills with an ability to deliver key insights and education to the broader network Strong analytical and data interpretation skills Commercially minded with a proactive approach Why Apply?
