- Strong disciplinary and pedagogical knowledge in languages
- International Baccalaureate (IB) Middle Years Programme experience well regarded
- Ability to effectively work with students, colleagues and the community

- Disciplinary tertiary qualifications
- Teacher registration with the Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) and current First Aid certification
- Physical fitness to work across a vibrant campus and perform manual handing tasks
