Colliers Newcastle, Recent South Wales, AustraliaOverviewJoin to apply for the Property Manager role at Colliers.Based in our Newcastle office, we are seeking a Property Manager with a focus on commercial property management to join our team.ResponsibilitiesBe the first point of contact for tenant enquiries and assist in resolving day-to-day issues.Maintain lease administration, financial procedures, and reporting standards.Manage rental collections, outgoings, and recoverable costs with a strong focus on arrears control.Collaborate with Property Managers to prepare annual operating budgets.Process invoices, raise work orders, and manage debtors efficiently.Qualifications1–2 years' experience in a similar role within commercial, retail, or industrial property.Tertiary qualification (Property specialisation preferred but not essential).
Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).
