Deep expertise in areas like Corporate Commercial, Cyber & Data Privacy, IP, or Financing, with a generalist approach. Preferred qualifications include dual jurisdiction, experience in top-tier or boutique firms, and in-house roles, plus a strong professional network. Critical thinking, curiosity, and resourcefulness. Ability to understand and incorporate emerging technologies like AI into legal practice. Excellent communication skills, especially with startup founders and C-suite executives. Creative problem-solving skills with pragmatic solutions.
