Join our team as a Customer Accounting Assistant and become a key part of our Asia-Pacific operations, supporting our financial processes and building strong relationships with our partners!In this exciting role, you'll be the go-to person for our shippers and carriers, ensuring smooth and accurate financial transactions while providing excellent support. You'll learn the ins and outs of accounting in a global setting and develop valuable skills for your future career.What You'll Be DoingEnsuring compliance with our main office’s accounting guidelines.Assisting new delivery companies and customers in setting up in our system.Managing payment documents across various Asian countries.Maintaining accurate account information, especially for new partners.Supporting monthly invoicing and resolving discrepancies.Entering customer order details correctly into our systems.Addressing customer payment inquiries and resolving issues.Processing credit note requests for partners.Verifying daily and monthly payment records.Preparing accurate monthly financial reports.Sending out account statements, particularly to late-paying customers.Monitoring and managing receivables issues in Asia.Following up to ensure timely payments.Supporting freight payment processes.Participating in annual external account audits.What We're Looking ForExcellent English communication skills (spoken and written).Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese for customer interactions.Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email).Accounting education or background is a plus.Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to help others.Proactive, resourceful, and team-oriented mindset.Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.Eager to learn and grow in an international setting.Our Commitment to Diversity and InclusionWe celebrate diversity as a strength and actively promote inclusivity.
