Supermarket Manager - Chirnside Park
We are currently seeking an experienced, hands-on and dynamic Store Manager to lead retail operations in this Chirnside Park location. As the Store Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, maximising profitability, and ensuring the overall success of your store. You will be across all aspects of the day to day operations of the store, and love the physicality of managing high levels of inventory on a daily basis....
This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals who are passionate about retail and thrive in an energetic retail environment. Previous experience in Supermarket management or leadership absolutely essential to be considered....

* Previous management experience - preferably from Supermarket or a Large Format background
* Strong business acumen - rostering and wage budgets, inventory management and visual merchandising
* Fantastic communication skills - both written and verbal
* Confident managing a team of up to 20
* Great attention to detail to ensure an unforgettable customer experience
* Ability to delegate and manage time effectively
* Proven ability to lead and inspire your team
* Drive to lead a successful store
* Physical skills to help manage huge deliveries and the warehouse out back
