Job description:
Your RoleAs a Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) Tool SME within the Experience Management Office, you will play a key role in shaping and elevating the digital experiences of our employees. You'll be responsible for the expert management, configuration, and optimization of DEM platforms such as SysTrack and Nexthink. By analysing rich performance and experience data, you will help identify issues, uncover improvement opportunities, and drive initiatives that enhance productivity and employee satisfaction across the organisation.
* Own the configuration, performance, and overall health of DEM tools to ensure accurate and meaningful insight generation.
* Monitor digital experience data to identify trends, performance gaps, and user‑impacting issues.
* Translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights to improve the digital work environment.
* Support the evolution of the DEM platform ecosystem by contributing to enhancements, best practices, and new capability development.
Your Experience
Technical Skills
* Strong hands‑on experience with key modules (e.g., SysTrack DEX Pack, Campaigns, extensions; Nexthink Experience Central, Engagement, Remote Actions).
* PowerShell Automation - advanced scripting and workflow automation.
* Windows Administration including Windows Server and desktop management.
* Solid SQL experience for data querying and analysis.
* Ability to design and architect effective technical solutions.
Analytic Skills
* Performance data analysis to identify trends and issues
* Integrating DEM tool data with other systems.y
* Creating clear reports and dashboards.
Interpersonal and Strategic Skills
* Effective collaboration across IT teams.
