**The Opportunity**
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager for our Browns Plains office. Working within a small team, you will enjoying end to end portfolio management. You will be supported to develop and grow as the organisation transitions towards social housing.
This position is permanent full-time Monday to Friday.

- **MUST **have a current QLD Real Estate Agent Licence / registration
- Previous experience in real estate is desirable
- A keen interest in social housing and helping those from disadvantaged backgrounds through stable and secure housing
- Must hold a current driver's license
- Experience with using the MS Suite of products
- Comfortable interacting with clients and stakeholders from a range of backgrounds
- Strong professional interpersonal and communication skills
- Tech savvy and able to quickly learn new systems
