As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our resort during late hours. This includes responding to after-hours guest inquiries, facilitating check-ins and check-outs, conducting security inspections, and maintaining public areas.
Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to guests
* Conduct regular security checks and noise monitoring
* Perform light cleaning duties in public spaces
* Support with administrative tasks, including balancing front desk transactions
Maintain accurate records and handovers for the morning team. Relevant experience is beneficial but not essential – we offer comprehensive training and support.
