Your Opportunity
Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Site Manager will effectively manage and lead the day-to-day activities of direct labour and subcontractors in the delivery of the scope of services; meeting safety, financial and productivity targets within planned schedules and guidelines.
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Require
* Extensive experience with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor will be highly regarded
* Experience in delivering major building projects, with civil experience also highly regarded
* An understanding of defence and security requirements
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
* Demonstrated knowledge of, and commitment to, relevant Safety, Quality and Environmental standards legislation and practices
* Demonstrated ability to plan and organise resources to achieve outcomes
* Proven ability to develop and lead a team to complete works to meet targets
* Demonstrated ability to coordinate and plan works to achieve KPIs and targets
