AnglicareSA is seeking a dedicated Clinical Coordinator to join our Trott Park Residential Aged Care team. This is a clinically focused leadership role in a collaborative, resident-focused environment.
What you'll do
* Deliver high-quality nursing care, including specialised nursing care. Lead and mentor the clinical and care team to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
* Support clinical governance through comprehensive assessments, care planning, and regular reviews.
* Ensure compliance with aged care standards and accreditation through robust quality and risk management.
* Educate and upskill staff to build a high-performing, confident clinical team.
* Work closely with GPs, allied health providers and families to deliver holistic care.
* Prepare accurate documentation and support ongoing service improvement initiatives.
What you'll bring
* Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* At least 5 years experience as a Registered Nurse
* Deep understanding of the Aged Care Standards, Quality Framework, and related legislation

* Experience in a senior clinical leadership role, ideally in residential aged care
* Strong mentoring, problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environment
