Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused team member to join our dynamic bar and grill team. As a key part of our front-of-house operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for all patrons.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality customer service, responding promptly to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely manner
* Manage table allocations, seating customers and serving food and beverages with accuracy and efficiency
* Support bar operations, including managing stock levels and maintaining a clean and organized work environment
* Contribute to Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) initiatives, adhering to company policies and procedures at all times
* Participate in functions and events, providing a positive and engaging experience for guests
* Coach fellow team members to achieve daily and weekly goals, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a fast-paced bar or restaurant environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and customers alike
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a focus on exceeding guest expectations
* A commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment, adhering to company OH&S policies and procedures
* RSA certification is essential, with TAB certification preferred but not required
