Barron River Towing is looking for an experienced and reliable MC Licensed Semi Truck Driver to join our growing team.
This is a casual position offering consistent hours plus overtime opportunities for the right applicant.
About the Role
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
* Transporting machinery, dongas, containers and heavy equipment
* Assisting with truck recovery and towing operations
* Operating equipment safely and professionally
* Completing daily vehicle checks and maintaining equipment standards
* Working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
* Current MC Licence
* Proven experience transporting:
o Machinery
o Containers
* Competency in load restraint and heavy haulage operations
* Ability to assist in truck recovery operations
* Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
* Ability to work overtime when required
* White Card and forklift/ticketed experience advantageous but not essential
