Our leading client is offering a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and safety-conscious Stores & Inventory Coordinator to join their high-performing team in Geraldton.This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced terminal environment - ideal for someone looking to grow their skills in warehousing, logistics, and inventory coordination, while gaining exposure to industry-leading systems and processes.
Your day-to-day 🛠️:
As a key member of the maintenance support team, you'll:
- Receive, store, and stage parts and materials for both planned and unplanned maintenance
- Coordinate closely with the maintenance and planning teams.
- Utilise SAP to manage inventory, issue orders, and align materials with work orders
- Keep the warehouse organised, compliant, and running smoothly
Minimum Requirements:
- LF Forklift Licence - Essential
- Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol Screen (DAS)
- Experience with SAP (preferred) or basic system exposure
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in stores, inventory, warehousing or logistics (ideal)
