The Senior Graphic Designer will bring strong creative vision and hands-on design expertise to deliver a wide variety of projects within our in-house Marketing team. Working alongside a second Senior Graphic Designer, this role requires a collaborative mindset and the ability to share workload seamlessly to ensure consistency and high-quality outcomes across all creative outputs.
You will demonstrate expertise in traditional print design, digital design, and motion/animation, playing a key role in shaping and maintaining our brand identity as well as supporting project campaigns across multiple platforms. From concept through to final delivery, you will take ownership of design initiatives while collaborating closely with marketing and project teams to elevate the creative standard of our work.
Roles and Responsibilities
Creative Direction & Design
- Develop and execute compelling designs across traditional print, digital, and motion graphics.
- Create marketing materials including brochures, signage, sales collateral, social media assets, website content, email templates, and campaign visuals.
- Deliver engaging motion/animated content for digital platforms, presentations, and project storytelling.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of creative execution across all outputs.
- Contribute cutting-edge ideas during brainstorming sessions to support campaign strategy.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and development teams to translate concepts into effective design solutions.
- Present design concepts and progress updates clearly to internal stakeholders.
- Support coordination with external suppliers, printers, or freelancers to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Share workload and collaborate effectively with the other Senior Graphic Designer to balance priorities and maintain workflow.
Trend Awareness & Industry Insights:
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies, bringing fresh ideas to campaigns.
- Integrate insights from the property industry to enhance project branding and marketing outputs.
Operational Excellence:
- Maintain quality control over all finished artwork, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
- Research and recommend tools, processes, or systems to improve studio efficiency.
- Ensure projects are archived, documented, and organised within the design system.
Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years in graphic design, ideally within property, architecture, or related industries.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), plus Figma or XD.
- Strong knowledge of print production processes and digital asset preparation.
- Experience in motion graphics, typography, and animation for digital platforms.
- Competency in After Effects (or equivalent motion software) for animation and video editing.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to share workload effectively.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Practical experience with photography, lighting, and image retouching.
- Working knowledge of video file formats, compression, and optimisation for digital platforms.
- Flexibility to adapt to peak demand periods and shifting project priorities.
- Commitment to ongoing learning, with the ability to update skills and processes as required.
