The Role:
* First point of contact for the business with customers, potential customers and business contacts
* Ensure excellent customer service is of the highest priority
* Take telephone enquiries and make telephone contact with customers
* Administration and preparation of repair quotes
* Sending and receiving emails
* Maintenance of customer files
* General office duties
The Person to fulfil this role:
* Minimum of Year 12 qualifications
* Has an attention to detail
* Is cheerful and friendly
* Is enthusiastic and motivated
Salary / Benefits
