As we continue to secure projects across NSW, Alfabs enters a growth phase where we are seeking trade qualified and experienced Painter/Blasters to join our Site Services division. (Offering both Permanent and Casual roles)
Reporting to our Site Superintendent (Paint) you will have the opportunity to be part of a true crew, working together to set industry standards.
Skills & Experience:
* Minimum 12 months + experience in industrial painter/blasting
* Experience with Airless and conventional spray application
* Protective coating application by brush and roller
* Surface preparation including use of mechanical tools
* Drivers license and willingness to travel
* Strong team player, proactive and reliable with high safety standards
* Strong commitment to safety
* Trade certificate or relevant qualification
* Exceptional work ethic
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated
* Ability to work in a team environment
* The ability to work overtime to assist with achieving company goals
* Encourage a culture of continuous improvement
* Ability to pass pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing
