About the Role:
Nurselink Healthcare is seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred support to individuals within the community. This role focuses on promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing while supporting clients in their day-to-day lives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide individualised support in line with client care plans
* Assist with personal care, including showering, grooming, and toileting as required
* Support daily living activities such as meal preparation, light domestic tasks, and shopping
* Assist with community access, social participation, and appointments
* Encourage independence, choice, and client autonomy
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress notes
* Adhere to organisational policies, duty of care, and safety requirements
* Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care teams
Essential Requirements:
* Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent
* National Police Check
* Worker Screening Check
* Current First Aid and CPR
* Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
* Right to work in Australia
