As a Learning and Development Strategist, you will be responsible for shaping our learning culture to drive operational excellence. You'll lead the strategy, design, development, and implementation of our training framework across Australia.
You will develop high-quality training materials, manuals, and resources to support learning initiatives. Your activities will include designing and delivering innovative training programs that address operational needs and enhance employee performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement the local country learning and development strategy aligned with business objectives.
* Lead and manage a team of training designers, specialists, and front-line trainers.
* Design and deliver engaging training programs that drive operational excellence.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
* Diploma in Training and Assessment (desirable).
* Minimum 6 years in training and development, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
