Job Title
A Bookkeeper position has become available with a rapidly expanding global hospitality company. The ideal candidate will be motivated to grow, eager to learn, and bring a positive, energetic personality to the team.
* Daily tasks include importing take sheets from POS systems into our ERP.
* Bank Reconciliations are also a key responsibility.
* Preparation of weekly payroll is another essential duty.
* Credit Card Reconciliations and reconciliations of function monies to the Balance Sheet are crucial.
* Preparation of Monthly BAS and ad-hoc reporting and tasks as instructed by the Group Accountant.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* At least 3 years experience in a similar Bookkeeping role - with experience in payroll, reconciliations and basic accounting entries.
* Tech-savvy, ideally with experience in Xero (although not a must).
