Site Quality Manager – Slade Health (Geebung, Brisbane). Permanent Full-Time Position. Qualification, responsibilities described below.
Standard hours are 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with occasional after-hours and weekend work. Flexibility in start/end times is available.
Responsibilities
* Overall responsibility for release of compounded products.
* Lead a team of experienced site quality professionals.
* Manage and approve non‐conformance, deviation, and complaints.
* Manage and approve risk assessment, CAPA and change controls.
* Review and approve validation activities.
* Oversee environmental monitoring program including sterility assurance.
* Meet or exceed all relevant regulatory requirements.
* Lead internal and external audit programs.
* Establish departmental objectives.
Qualifications
* Degree in a relevant Scientific or Engineering discipline (e.g., Pharmacy / Science).
* Experience in the development and maintenance of Quality Management Systems.
* Experience with regulators of pharmaceutical compounding (Medsafe/TGA).
* Experience leading high‐performance teams and developing staff.
* Experience working in sterile manufacturing.
* Good communication and negotiation skills.
