Junior Project Manager Role
Your new company
Your new company is a family-owned commercial fit-out company that specialises in delivering complex projects in live environments. The focus is predominantly on health, education and multi-res. They're now looking at expanding their team with a Junior Project Manager who can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years' project management experience, looking at stepping up and taking on multiple projects at any given time.
Your new role
In your new role you will be responsible for:
* Project Planning and Scheduling, developing detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules.
* Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met
* Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers. Facilitate effective communication amongst team members.
* Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
* Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
What you'll need to succeed
What you'll need to succeed in this role is a minimum of 3 years' experience in project management. Fit-out experience is also essential. The ideal candidate needs to have a very hands-on approach and be willing to learn and develop with the team.
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously but also as part of a team
* Ability to adapt in challenging live-site environments
