About the Role
As Studio Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations, marketing, sales performance and team leadership of FS8 Pilates Ballarat. This is a hands-on leadership role that also requires coaching and instructing FS8 classes, ensuring class quality, energy and member engagement remain at the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
Coaching & Instruction
* Coach and instruct FS8 classes to a high standard
* Deliver safe, engaging and motivating sessions aligned with FS8 programming and brand standards
* Build strong relationships with members through coaching and on-floor leadership
* Maintain current fitness qualifications, First Aid & CPR
Marketing, Sales & Lead Generation
* Drive membership sales, trials and conversions
* Execute local marketing initiatives and manage social media presence
* Manage the lead funnel and follow up leads via phone, email and SMS
* Build partnerships with local businesses and community groups
Studio Operations
* Oversee daily studio operations, bookings, scheduling and presentation
* Ensure cleanliness, safety and FS8 brand standards are maintained
* Manage systems, stock and compliance requirements
Leadership & Team Development
* Lead, train and motivate instructors and front-of-house staff
* Manage rosters aligned with class schedules and studio demand
* Conduct team meetings, performance check-ins and ongoing training
Reporting & Performance
* Track and report on sales, membership growth, retention and marketing performance
* Work with the owners to achieve weekly and monthly KPIs
