Manager, Management Systems and Performance Improvement (EL1)The Manager, Management Systems and Performance Improvement is responsible for enhancing service and product delivery within the Mint, focusing on capabilities that align customer experience, operational excellence, product quality, and continuous improvement.They implement, maintain, and audit the Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring compliance with relevant ISO standards. They lead analysis and reporting of organizational performance and apply frameworks and lead projects to deliver improvements.The Manager leads a team of business improvement practitioners and supports change management initiatives across the Mint to embed improvements.The key responsibilities include:Implementing, maintaining, and maturing the IMS as the Mint’s unified framework for coordinating activities.Developing and implementing the IMS assurance program to assess its application and conformance to ISO standards, and coordinating ISO certification.Leading analysis and reporting of strategic and operational performance, and developing solutions for improvement.Developing and applying business improvement and change management frameworks to foster innovation and continuous improvement.Leading multiple business improvement projects through their lifecycle.Supporting change management efforts to embed improvements.Establishing governance structures to monitor progress.Leading a team to understand the operating context and collaborate on organizational goals.Security clearance: This position requires a Baseline security clearance, which the successful applicant must obtain and maintain.Qualification: Tertiary qualification in business management, engineering/science, or equivalent.How to apply: Submit your application by 11:30 pm on Wednesday 2 July 2025.
