Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Venue Manager to join our team and support the General Manager in achieving financial targets and managing day-to-day venue operations.


Main Responsibilities

* Develop and implement effective strategies to improve staff service and sales performance.
* Oversee the management of the newly renovated accommodation, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and guest satisfaction.


Requirements

* Prior experience as a Venue Manager or in a similar role is essential.
* Licenses in gaming, RSA and RSG are required.
* Strong people management and prioritization skills are necessary for success in this position.
* The ability to work effectively with budgets to drive growth and profitability within the business is critical.
