Reporting to the Asset manager the Maintenance Administrator will be responsible for providing assistance to the Maintenance team and ensuring efficient coordination of maintenance operations.
Responsibilities
* Maintaining Files as required in QA format and ensuring filing and archiving is kept up-to-date
* Opening Job Files (Site and Office)
* Daily timesheet collation and input
* Management of the Employee project qualification matrix and project registers
* Assisting Workshop Supervisor and Asset Manager with reporting as required
* Collate daily workshop paperwork from the prestart
* Scan and file into relevant folders all Workshop and project service sheets
* Prepare and maintain Monthly safety report
* Document control
* Docketing of invoices and goods received with purchase requisition system
* Process invoices against relevant purchase orders
Qualifications
* Certificate in III Business Administration or equivalent
