Administration/Office Manager
Hofmann Engineering has recently set up a facility in Rockhampton to support our Queensland Customers, Expanding on our 4 other Australian manufacturing facilities.
We're looking for a reliable and organised Administrator to join our team full time, supporting both office operations and warehouse activities. This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, combining administration duties with practical involvement in stock and logistics.
Key responsibilities include:
* General administrative support (data entry, document control, customer communication)
* Coordinating orders, dispatch, and inventory records
* Assisting with goods receipting, stock control, and warehouse organisation
* Liaising with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth operations
The ideal candidate will be detailing oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across both office and warehouse environments. A forklift licence and experience with inventory systems will be highly regarded.
