About the Role
As an ASM at Neverland, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while leading engaged, high‑performing teams. You’ll be hands‑on, commercially minded, and excited to grow alongside a brand that’s evolving and investing in its people.
Responsibilities
* Supporting the Store Manager in leading and motivating your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
* Driving sales performance and achieving store KPIs
* Managing store operations including visual merchandising and stock management
* Coaching and developing team members to reach their full potential
* Actively contributing to Neverland’s ongoing retail transformation
Qualifications
* Experience in retail leadership or management (Assistant Manager / Team Leader or similar)
* A values‑led people person who leads with empathy and impact
* A customer‑first mindset and passion for retail
* Confidence working in a fast‑paced, evolving retail environment
Flexibility to work across a rotating retail roster.
