* Immediate care is needed in specialties: MND and Autism (Children)
* First Visits: every time you meet a new client you will be supported by another team member.
* Buddy Visits: for your Complex clients, your first visit will be with another team member.
* Electronic care plans: you can read about your clients prior to visiting them.
* Nurse Support: 24/7 access to a Nurse
* Flexible working hours:you are assigned clients and visits based on your availability, interests, skills, and preferences

WHATYOU NEED:
* To be able to travel to our client locations, listed above
* The right to work in Australia
* The minimum of Cert III (in Aged/Disability/Community Care/Individual Support) OR
* AHPRA registration
* A valis Australian driver license
* NDIS Worker Screen or National Police Check (Unsupervised)
* A Working with Children's Check
