Join our team and drive quality excellence in NDIS service delivery
We're seeking a dedicated Quality and Compliance Officer to champion compliance with NDIS Practice Standards while making a real difference in participants' lives (Part-time - 0.8 FTE (30.4 hours per week)).
Your Role
Lead Quality & Compliance:
Develop and implement Policy Framework across the organisation.
Ensure all policies align with NDIS Quality and Safeguards requirements.
Create internal audit tools and deliver staff training programs.
Manage Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain participant documentation (recovery plans, progress notes, service agreements).
Use PRODA, and ACTRIDS for incident reporting and case note approvals.
Review and report restrictive practices in line with legislative requirements.
Conduct regular policy reviews and updates.
Maintain accurate SharePoint documentation for stakeholder access.
Attend stakeholder meetings and training sessions.
What You Need
Strong understanding of NDIS Quality and Safeguards compliance requirements.
Experience with policy development and compliance frameworks.
Proficiency in PRODA, ACTRIDS, and PRIMS (or willingness to learn).
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Knowledge of restrictive practice regulations.
Previous disability services or healthcare compliance experience.
SharePoint and data management experience.
