Role
As a Technical Support Officer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth, accurate and secure delivery of key assessment operations during a high-volume, fast-paced period.
As part of the Operations team, you will:
Provide technical and administrative support for assessment systems, digital platforms and exam-related workflows.
Assist with processing, logging, reviewing and validating assessment materials to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Troubleshoot system issues, escalating matters when required to technical specialists.
Coordinate secure handling and tracking of confidential examination information.
Support communication with internal teams, schools and external stakeholders to ensure smooth exam operations.
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying issues, updating documentation and supporting system testing.
Requirements
Proven experience in technical support, administration or operational support within a fast-paced environment (Ideally within Education or Government environment)
Availability to interview & commence in January ****.
Willingness to undergo a National Police Check and hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) if successful.
High attention to detail and the ability to work with accuracy under time pressure.
Strong communication skills, professionalism and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Confident computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
