About the Opportunity
We are looking for Expressions of Interests for upcoming Estimating Team Management roles. Pricing & Estimating is a pivotal role within our organisation and is responsible for the development of pricing estimates for newbuild sales opportunities. These roles involve leadership of the Pricing & Estimating team which provide the vital function of estimating activities for the Austal business.

Whats Involved
* Responsibility for pricing and estimates for Commercial and Defence customers.
* Management of estimating team.
* Ensuring estimates and associated documentation are prepared with a high level of accuracy.
* Assess estimation risks and provide recommendations to the management team.
Youll Need
* Pricing Estimating and / or management experience
* Competency in Microsoft Office suite (MS Excel and Microsoft 365 Sharepoint) and ability to become proficient in use of Pricing and Estimating software
* Previous Defence / Commercial contracting experience.
* Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
* When required having the ability to work under pressure and / or to challenging timescales.
