Our client is a global spirits company that create and distribute a world class portfolio of brands. Due to exponential growth, our client is looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated sales professional with a strong background in sales (FMCG, drinks or other B2B/B2C sectors) to join their Sydney team managing a territory from Inner West Sydney to Wollongong.
Reporting through to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the development and execution of agreed business and promotional plans to achieve volume, share and profit objectives across both on and off premise accounts.
Role Responsibilities:
Build strong mutually beneficial business relationships
Pursue sales leads to meet or exceed sales targets
Present, promote & sell products to all customers
Establish sales plans to meet KPI targets
Track sales/status reports in CRM
Ensure promotions/activations are in line with company plan/catalogues
Customer; Marketing, NPD, Contract negotiations

Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Passion for premium spirits / category knowledge
CRM experience desirable
Relevant qualification desirable (business, commerce or marketing)

Execute trade marketing strategies
