THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a rare opportunity for an associate dentist to join a highly regarded, modern dental practice in Bendigo.
This practice is known for its exceptional patient experience and for delivering ethical, consultative, comprehensive and high-value dentistry, including All-on-X, orthodontics, oral surgery, restorative, cosmetic and general dentistry.
A senior dentist is reducing their clinical hours, creating an opportunity for an experienced, independent clinician to take over an established patient base and continue delivering outstanding care to the community.
The practice is located at a major road intersection with excellent visibility and consistent patient flow, providing high exposure, strong brand recognition, and steady inbound demand.
With three chairs, advanced technology, and a strong reputation, the practice consistently attracts a voluminous amount of new patients per month via word of mouth alone, before any marketing activity.
This is a 4 or 5 day per week role offering the chance to step into a busy schedule and do your best clinical work.

ABOUT YOU
* AHPRA-registered Dentist with ideally 4+ years' of Australian experience
* Skilled in general dentistry; exposure or interest in implants, clear aligners or cosmetic dentistry highly regarded
* Independent and confident clinician who doesn't need handholding
* Ethical, patient-first mindset - you care deeply about doing what's right for patients and also providing top-notch, high-quality, comprehensive and full-mouth dentistry
* Excellent communication and chairside manner
* Team-oriented, reliable and values-driven
* Australian work authorisation is required
