The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate
Drama Teacher
to join our vibrant and supportive learning community.
This 0.71 FTE, 12-month contract position, commencing Term 1, ****, offers the exciting opportunity to teach Drama across the Upper Junior School and Middle Years, inspiring students to develop confidence, creativity, collaboration, and stagecraft. The successful applicant will guide students through performance techniques, improvisation, storytelling, character development, and the creative process, fostering a lifelong love of the dramatic arts.
We are looking for an educator who brings passion, expertise, and creativity to the classroom—someone who can challenge and inspire students while nurturing the skills and mindset they need to thrive both on stage and in their future studies.

About You
Hold appropriate academic qualifications and relevant experience, along with a current South Australian Teaching Registration Certificate with the Teacher's Registration Board SA
Experience teaching Drama at a secondary or middle school level is highly desirable
Demonstrate a student-centred approach, fostering creativity, confidence, and a love of performance
Proven capacity to work respectfully, collaboratively, and professional
Passionate about creating dynamic, engaging, and inspiring Drama experiences for young people
