Prospective General Responsibilities:
* General administrative tasks, such as taking phone calls, writing and responding to emails and data entry
* Reception duties and greeting customers/clients
* Assist with payroll and accounts duties if suitably skilled or qualified
* Quality assurance tasks
* Apply a solutions' driven approach to common or difficult situations in the workplace
* Utilise a high attention to detail with data analysis and entering stock numbers and details
Requirements:
* A great customer service skillset and attitude
* Demonstrated experience working at an Administrative level will be advantageous, however, not mandatory - We are also open to hearing from entry-level Administrators!
* Driver Licence (P1 minimum)
* Ability to work in Coffs Harbour, Bellingen, Nambucca, Macksville or surrounding suburbs
* Ability to commence within 2-4 weeks notice period
