About the role: Our client is currently looking for a Speech Pathologist for their Werribee centre. They will also consider someone who would want to work evenings and / or weekends. In this role, you will provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to individuals with a variety of communication needs. Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and communication skills Develop and implement individualized therapy plans Provide direct therapy services, including speech articulation, voice, fluency, language development, and social skills training Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to therapy Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including traditional therapy, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), and technology-assisted interventions Provide training and support to families and caregivers on communication strategies and techniques Maintain accurate and timely clinical records Benefits: Competitive salary offer. As a new graduate you can receive anywhere from $75k - $85k plus super and as a fully qualified therapist you can receive $90k - $110k plus super.
