Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement engaging and educational programs tailored to the needs and interests of children.
* Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that supports positive interactions and relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
* Observe and document children's progress and development, and use this information to plan and adjust educational activities.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of the center and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
* Working with Children Check and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
* Previous experience in an early childhood education setting is preferred.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
* Passion for early childhood education and a genuine interest in supporting the development of young children.
