Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an ICT Support Technician - Level 1. The position is based in Gold Coast, QLD, with some work-from-home flexibility. The ICT Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting users with IT-related inquiries, and maintaining computing systems. Tasks will also include monitoring system performance, resolving technical issues promptly, and ensuring a seamless computing experience for all end-users.
Qualifications
* Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve IT-related issues effectively
* Proficiency in Information Technology with an understanding of basic system administration and IT infrastructure
* Strong Communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
* Experience with software installation, configuration, and maintenance
* Detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset with a commitment to quality customer service
* Relevant certifications in IT or technical support (e.g., CompTIA, ITIL) are an advantage
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with a willingness to adapt to a hybrid work environment
