We are looking for an experienced
Senior Report Developer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset to help us build and maintain scalable data solutions.
Skills
- Leading the planning, development, and deployment of reporting solutions with Health Industry, SQL, SSIS, SSRS, and report optimization, Electronic Medical Record (EMR) reporting.
What We're Looking For:
Essential selection criteria
* Coordinating report development across infrastructure platforms (e.g., cloud, database, servers)
* Leading internal and external technical teams
* Consulting with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements
* Ensuring seamless transition of systems into production with full support
* Promoting a positive work culture and continuous improvement
* Applying best practices in reporting frameworks and performance optimization
Key Experience & Skills Required
* Extensive experience in SQL, SSIS, SSRS, and report optimization
* Proven ability to lead complex technology upgrades and deployments
* Strong stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering skills
* Experience managing reporting infrastructure in large, outsourced environments
* Knowledge of current and emerging database technologies
* Desirable: experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) reporting
