About the Role
This role is suited for someone looking to advance their broking career. Day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Servicing client enquiries
* Processing and managing new business, renewals, endorsements and cancellations
* Placing risks with insurers
* Managing your own portfolio
* General administrative duties and assistance with the team
To succeed in this role, you will be highly organised, detail-oriented, client-focused, and a strong team player.

About You
* Tier 1 in Insurance Broking, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
* Business acumen, aligned to Marine insurance products, in particular Pleasure Craft.
* Driven to grow a portfolio with the support of your Head of Portfolio and Account Managers
* Ability to build strong relationships with clients and underwriters
* Strong communication, computer, and documentation skills
* Experience using broking systems (Insight highly regarded) and the Microsoft Office Suite is highly valued
* Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment
* Career-focused, responsible, self-motivated, and enthusiastic to learn and grow
