Managing the Southern NSW territory, you'll be hitting the road to source and sign new B2B opportunities promoting our market leading sanitising & cleaning solutions within the Industrial and Institutional segment (eg manufacturing, food service, hospitality, education, mining).
The role will also manage our Distributor Accounts, (Blackwoods, Bunzl, WINC, COS, ABCO etc), partnering to secure new end-users, maximise sales and provide exceptional account management.
This is an in-field role, so strong experience in hunting B2B sales and Distributor account management plus an innate drive to self-manage your territory (south of the Great Western Hwy and Eastern Suburbs spilt between our other amazing sales exec) is essential.
Experience working in or with our Distributor network, and/or selling hygiene, chemicals, PPE, janitorial or facilities related products is essential for this position.
About the Role:
* Hunt, qualify, approach and close deals with new enders utilising and leveraging our CRM (Salesforce)
* Liaise with key partners i.e. distributor sales and account managers to establish the best methods of sales promotional activities
* Develop and update knowledge of our skin care products and hand hygiene principles to distributor employees and end-users
* Manage all major opportunities through the SCJ Professional pipeline process
* Conduct product trials and training ensuring products are fit for purpose
* Sales & marketing review and analysis
* Activate and drive formal presentations of products
* Attend promotional events and drive product displays
* Local Relationship Management as well as promotional work in metro and southern regional areas including end-user and distributor visits as well as lead generation and product installation
About You:
* Minimum 2+ years of field sales experience in industrial, manufacturing, chemicals, PPE, janitorial or facilities products is required
* Basic familiarity with Salesforce CRM system highly regarded
* Strong time and territory mapping and planning
* Be in-field, meeting end users and driven to hunt new business opportunities
* Consultative sales experience with expertise in 'solution' selling
* Demonstration of a successful track record in growing sales revenue
* Sound computer literacy (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
* Clear driving record
* Relocation support is not available for this position. Candidates must have unrestricted working rights within AUS, be based and familiar with the Sydney Region and be Covid-19 vaccinated
